Questions, answered plainly.
How many free reels do I get?
Five, and they are yours to use whenever — a one-time allowance, not a monthly reset. No card and no countdown: if the fifth reel still is not faster than editing one yourself, nothing obliges you to upgrade.
Do I need to film anything?
Yes. Raive writes and narrates the review, but the footage is yours — clips of you actually holding and using the product. That is what makes a review credible, and it is what Amazon expects from creator video.
Does it change my video?
For a single clip, no. Raive lays the narration over your video without touching the picture — what you upload is exactly what you get back. If you combine several clips, they do get re-processed, because fading between them means rebuilding one continuous video.
How long can a reel be?
Three minutes total across all clips. Past that you are into long-form review territory, which belongs on YouTube rather than a product carousel.
How does the voice cloning work?
You record about 30 seconds of speech once. Every reel after that is narrated in your voice. Record somewhere quiet — background noise gets cloned along with the voice.
Will my cloned voice have my accent?
Yes. Cloning copies how you really sound, accent included, so if English is not your first language, the narration will sound like you speaking English. If you would rather narrate with a neutral American voice, pick one of the eight stock voices in the app instead. You can switch between your clone and a stock voice on any reel.
Are the scripts made up?
No. They are generated from the actual listing — title, features and review themes pulled from the product page. Read it before you post; you are the one publishing it.
Can I edit the script?
Yes. The script is editable before narration, and you can regenerate it or write your own from scratch.
Do I need a plan to buy extra reels?
No. Anyone with a Raive account can buy 15 extra reels for $10, with or without a plan. Packs are the most expensive way to make reels, though, so if you make them regularly, a plan costs less. Pack reels are used after any plan reels, and they never expire.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your cloned voices stay. After that you have 14 days to download your reels. Then the free plan’s 7-day library applies, so reels older than 7 days are removed. Any extra reels you bought stay yours and never expire. You cannot render new reels with a plan until you resubscribe: the five free reels are a one-time allowance for new accounts, so they do not come back on cancellation.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Account in the app and choose Delete account. Your subscription is cancelled straight away and is not refunded. Thirty days later we permanently delete your account, your reels, your footage and your voice recordings. Changed your mind? Sign in any time within those 30 days and choose Keep my account. We email you the date when you ask, so if you did not make the request, that email is your cue to sign in and keep it.
