Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Raive. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not, please don't use the service.
What Raive does
You provide an Amazon product identifier and your own video footage. Raive looks up the listing, generates a review script from it, narrates that script in a voice you have set up, and returns a finished video file. What you do with that file is up to you.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older.
- Provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- One account per person unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Your content stays yours
You keep ownership of the footage you upload, your voice recordings, and the reels you produce. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your files, send them to the processors listed in ourPrivacy Policy, and produce your reels. That permission ends when you delete the content.
We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not sell it.
What you promise us
You confirm that:
- You own or have the right to use every clip you upload.
- The voice you enrol is your own, or you have explicit permission from the person it belongs to.
- Your footage does not include people who have not agreed to appear in it.
Honest reviews
Raive writes a script from a product listing. It cannot know whether you have actually used the product, and it does not verify claims. You are the publisher. Read what you post, make sure it reflects your genuine experience, and correct anything that doesn't.
If you earn commission or received the product free, you must disclose that clearly — the FTC requires it, and so does Amazon. Reviewing a product you have not used, or posting undisclosed paid endorsements, is a misuse of this service.
Amazon
Raive is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon. We are an independent tool. You are responsible for following Amazon's own policies for whichever programme you publish under, and Amazon may change those policies or reject content for its own reasons. We cannot guarantee anything about how Amazon treats what you upload.
Acceptable use
Do not use Raive to:
- Create misleading, deceptive or fraudulent reviews.
- Clone someone else's voice without their permission.
- Produce content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringes anyone's rights.
- Circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or access parts of the service you have not paid for.
- Resell or redistribute the service itself.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that do these things.
Plans and billing
- Each plan includes a monthly number of reels; the current allowances are on our pricing page.
- Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe, monthly or yearly as you choose, and renew automatically at the then-current price for the same period until you cancel.
- Extra reels are a one-off purchase, available to any account, with or without a plan. They are used after your plan's reels, never expire, and stay yours if you change or cancel your plan. They are removed only if your account is deleted.
- Unused reels do not roll over.
- You can cancel any time from Account → Manage subscription. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, then move to the free plan.
- Each plan keeps finished reels for a set time (shown on the pricing page). When a plan ends or you move to a smaller one, you have 14 days to download your reels; after that the new plan's limit applies and older reels are removed. Your cloned voices stay.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email.
Refunds
We don't offer automatic refunds for partial months. If something went genuinely wrong, email us — we would rather sort it out than argue about it.
Availability
We aim to keep Raive running but do not promise uninterrupted service. It depends on providers we do not control, including Amazon data sources, AI services and hosting. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice for changes that materially reduce what you are paying for.
No warranty
Raive is provided "as is". We do not warrant that generated scripts are accurate, that reels will perform commercially, or that the service will meet your particular needs. Generated content should be reviewed before you publish it.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Ending the agreement
You may stop using Raive and delete your account at any time, from Account in the app. Deletion takes effect 30 days after you request it, so you can change your mind by signing in before then; your subscription is cancelled when you make the request, and is not refunded. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, or if we stop offering the service — in which case we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to export your reels.
Copyright complaints
If you believe something stored on Raive infringes your copyright, email us athello@getraive.com. Please include:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- the copyrighted work you say is infringed;
- the material you want removed, with enough detail for us to find it (a link is best);
- your name, address, phone number and email address;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law; and
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them.
We remove material that a valid notice identifies and tell the user who uploaded it, who may send a counter-notice. We close the accounts of repeat infringers.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change, and we will email you about material ones. Continuing to use Raive after a change means you accept it.
