Raive turns Amazon product listings and your own footage into narrated review reels. This page describes exactly what we collect, where it goes, and what you can do about it. It is written to match how the product actually works rather than to cover every hypothetical.
What we collect
Account information
- Your email address, first name and last name.
- That you confirmed you are 18 or older when you signed up, and when.
- Your subscription tier, status, billing period and the number of reels used.
- Identifiers linking your account to your Stripe customer and subscription records.
Content you provide
- Video footage you upload for a reel, and the finished reels we produce from it.
- Voice recordings — the reference clip you record so reels can be narrated in your voice.
- Narration audio generated from your scripts.
- Product identifiers (ASINs) you enter, and the scripts generated for them.
- Voice persona settings — tone, catchphrases and words to avoid.
Voice recordings deserve special mention. A recording of your voice can identify you, and some jurisdictions treat voice as biometric information with specific consent and retention requirements. We use your reference recording only to narrate your own reels. It is stored in a private bucket accessible only to you, and you can delete the voice at any time, which removes the recording.
How you found us
If you arrive from a link tagged with a campaign (the utm_ parameters in a web address) or from another website, we record that source, and the first page you visited, when you create your account — so we know which of our marketing works. It is carried in the page address as you browse, not stored on your device: no cookies or tracking pixels are used for it. It is deleted with your account.
Website analytics
This website (getraive.com) uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It records the page you viewed, the site that linked you here, your browser and device type, your country, and how quickly the page loaded. It does not use cookies or store anything on your device, and it does not follow you to other websites. The app itself does not use it.
What we do not collect
- We never receive or store your card details. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe.
- We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your content to train AI models.
- We do not use advertising trackers, and nothing on this website sets a cookie to track you.
Who else processes your data
Running Raive means sending parts of your data to the services below. Each receives only what its job requires.

These providers operate in the United States and elsewhere. Using Raive involves your data being processed in those locations.
How your reels are stored
Please read this if your footage is sensitive. Finished reels, their thumbnails and the footage you upload are currently stored at web addresses that are not guessable but are also not password-protected. Anyone who has the exact link can open the file without signing in, and that link does not expire. We do not publish these links, and they are not listed or searchable — but treat a reel link as something you would only share deliberately.
Your voice recordings and generated narration are stored differently, in private storage that requires you to be signed in.
How long we keep things
- Finished reels — for as long as your plan keeps them (7 days on Free, up to a year on Pro), with 14 days to download them after a plan ends or is downgraded. You can delete them sooner.
- Uploaded footage — until you delete it, or your account is deleted.
- Voice recordings — until you delete the voice.
- Account and billing records — for as long as you have an account, and afterwards only where we are required to keep them.
Your choices
- See or correct your information — most of it is editable in your account.
- Delete content — reels and voices can be deleted from the app at any time.
- Delete your account — from Account in the app. Your subscription is cancelled straight away, and 30 days later we permanently delete your account and everything in it: reels, footage, voice recordings and billing details. Sign in within those 30 days to keep your account instead. You can also email us to request it.
- Export your data — email us and we will send you a copy.
Depending on where you live you may have additional rights over your personal information. Contact us and we will honour them.
Children
Raive is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we handle your content, we will email you.
